Vintage Kathleen Orme 11 Cameo Art Glass Fairy Vase Signed & Serial Numbered

This is an Original Vitage Kathleen Orme Cameo Glass Blue "Fairy in the Garden" 11 1/2 Tall Vase. This Vase is in perfect condition with no cracks, chips or problems. The Vase is 11 1/2" tall, and about 6" in diameter at the widest point. The top rim is 3 1/2" in diameter and the base is about 2 1/4" in diameter. The Vase weighs 3 LBS 7 OZ. The Vase is signed "Kathleen Orme" in Cameo Glass on the side. Kathleen Orme began doing Cameo Glass around 1980 in her home studio in Chico, CA. Vessel is cased in one to four layers of glass.

She carves the design by gradually guiding precisely controlled jets of fine sand to cut away the. Each Vase is one of a kind. Each is designed, executed, signed, and registered by the artist.
